You know your mental game can make or break your performance. Learn how to access the full power of your mind for success.

Our beliefs lead to our thoughts, our thoughts guide our behaviors, and our behaviors determine not only our performance, but our lives.

Until we can explore the inner chatter of our mind we are often on autopilot and we cannot achieve our highest potential. Mindful Attention Skills combine traditional mindfulness practices with Energy Psychology techniques for you to unleash past blocks and patterns.  You will move into a new level of confidence, ease, and performance.

Science proven Brain Training Techniques use current understandings in neuroscience and neurobiology to rewire your brain for increased focus and resilience optimizing performance under pressure.

Body

Your body responds to the thoughts in your mind and the processes in your brain if you are conscious of them or not. Fears, limiting beliefs and negative thinking will sabotage your performance.

Body-Brain Hacks can block this sabotage.  These Hacks are fun, simple body activities that can increase testosterone, release stress hormone (cortisol) build up, allowing you to reduce anxiety, increase focus and confidence, improve readiness to perform and more.  I will teach you these proven techniques for you to create your own pre-competition routine for optimal readiness to compete.

I’ve been on a quest too!  For almost 30 years I’ve been studying psychology, education, science, medicine, yoga and meditation in order to better understand the highest levels of human actualization.  Through this journey, I have integrated proven methods to develop a unique and comprehensive approach to performance actualization. This approach has a common foundation yet is tailored to the needs and desires of each individual.

ATHLETES

I work with athletes to better understand themselves in order to overcome limiting beliefs, re-frame negative thought patterns, reduce sabotaging behaviors, increase confidence, and hone motivation. We then create both mental strategies and physically boosting pre-game routines for use in the toughest of times! This work results in less stress, more fun, and improved performance!

COACHES

Athletics is about team work and as such I work closely with coaches in order to support their vision and if needed, to help them understand the mental and emotional state of their athlete. By gaining insight into learning styles, emotional motivators, and how the mind and brain interprets input I can help coaches turn their athletes’ Fear into Fight, turn negativity into positive action, and improve feedback, communication and success.

PARENTS

Parenting a competitive athlete, especially one not living at home, is not always easy, The pressures of academy, college or post-graduate life are magnified with training, traveling and competing. I am able to provide the professional insight and support needed for athletes to not only manage but to thrive allowing parents to feel confidence in their child’s well being.

I bring it all together and can present relevant understandings and how we can apply them in order to optimize our coaching styles or athletes performance and satisfaction.
